At Triple A Bar Cattle Company, we are committed to being transparent, honest, and upfront with every customer. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase or visiting our property.
Beef Purchase Policy
All beef sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued on any beef purchase under any circumstances. Once a purchase has been made, the customer assumes full ownership and responsibility. Triple A Bar Cattle Company is not responsible for the beef once it has left our property or been delivered.
Cattle Sales Policy
All cattle are sold as-is. We take great pride in being honest and transparent about every animal we sell, and we will always disclose known information about each animal to the best of our ability. However, once an animal leaves our property, Triple A Bar Cattle Company assumes no responsibility for the health, condition, performance, or any other outcome related to the animal. No refunds or returns will be issued on cattle purchases.
Freezer Program Policy
Our freezer program is available for delivery within 150 miles of O'Brien, Florida. Delivery beyond 150 miles may be available for an additional fee, contact us for details.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is required at the time of delivery. The deposit will be returned in full upon the return of the freezer in good condition.

Please note the following important terms:

Triple A Bar Cattle Company is not responsible for the operation, malfunction, or failure of the freezer

Triple A Bar Cattle Company is not responsible for any loss of meat due to freezer malfunction, power outage, or any other circumstance beyond our control

By participating in the freezer program, the customer assumes full responsibility for the freezer and its contents upon delivery
Property Visits & Appointments
Triple A Bar Cattle Company is a working farm. For the safety of our visitors, our staff, and our animals, we do not allow visitors without a scheduled appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit. Unannounced visitors will not be permitted on the property.
Property Entry & Liability Waiver
By entering the property of Triple A Bar Cattle Company, all persons and animals do so entirely at their own risk. Triple A Bar Cattle Company, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for any accident, injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur on the premises, including but not limited to incidents involving livestock, equipment, terrain, or other hazards inherent to a working farm and cattle operation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of minors at all times while on the property.
Privacy Policy
Triple A Bar Cattle Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. Any information collected through our website, contact forms, or waitlist, including your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, responding to your inquiry, or contacting you about your waitlist status.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Your information is stored securely and will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
